You will have to take your cues from others and how they act around you. If someone tells you, then, of course, you will know. Other signs are if someone offers you a mint or gum. This isn’t always the case, but do take note if people are constantly offering you mint or gum. Also note if people don’t look you in the face when they are speaking with you or they speak to you from a distance. If you often sit alone at lunch because it seems people avoid talking to you, this may also be a sign.

If you have chronic bad breath, what is the treatment? You will want to stay away from foods that cause bad breath, such as garlic and onions. Chewing gum or sucking on hard candy will help keep saliva churning in your mouth and saliva helps to fight off bad breath. Another bad breath treatment is to stay hydrated throughout the day by drinking plenty of water. This will help alleviate dry mouth. Practicing good dental hygiene by brushing and flossing your teeth is a good bad breath treatment. If you feel you need a mouthwash, use an all natural mouthwash, one without alcohol, as alcohol dries out the mouth.
